Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes. Lumo grows with you. You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. If you need to cancel, we allow pro-rated cancellation with 60 days notice after the first 6 months.

Start with a smaller scope (e.g., one data source, one report) – if you're not convinced of the value after 30 days, you can walk away, no questions asked. For Enterprise clients, we typically engage in a paid discovery phase instead, given the complexity.
